    I have an ursus c390 circa 1979

I bought a power box recently, there are 2 pipes on the power box, there are also 2 hose pipes on the tractor. However only one of these pipes on the power box will fit onto the hose pipe on the tractor, the other pipe is not compatible with the hose pipe on the tractor. I am sure I can change the fitting on the tractor to make it compatible with the power box pipe.

The power box wil work ok with one pipe connected to the tractorie the ram is working and it will tip up and down, however when I tip it up and am driving on the road the box is inclined to tilt downwards ie it will not hold its position in the tilted upwards position.

My question is can the power box work on one pipe only or should the 2nd pipe be fitted to hold the box in the tilted up position.

theres no prob using one hose connected to the tractor, just use the one furthest from the chrome rod the weight of the box will be enough to make it tip.its better with both hoses connected like when using the box for grading than with one pipe connected will cause the box to tilt if it catches something.
