Incomplete Bachelors Degree

I didnt know where to post this but hopefully somebody may be able to help me. I did a bachelors degree course in DCU several years ago but never actually finished. I think I had five exams left and so I was 30 credits short of finishing. I was wondering if anybody knew if it was possible to now go back and complete my degree. If I can then how do I go about this, can I just repeat the exams I failed or can I transfer my credits to a different college and finish there? Any help would be much appreciated. Its one of my biggest regrets that I never finished and I'd like to see if I can. Thanks.

Surely the obvious answer to this question is to contact DCU and ask them?

This isn't really a Postgraduates thread anyway.
