It will continue to charge if you leave it plugged in and switch it on so its not necessary to wait for it to be fully charged before using it. When you're finished, just shut down windows and leave it plugged in overnight. Afterwards, unplug it when you've shut it down if the battery is already fully charged i.e. do not leave it plugged in when you're not using it, unless the battery needs charging.
