workout creation

    Hi, i'm looking for help creating a workout.
    Can't really afford to go to the gym so at my disposal are 2 dumbbells, a kettlebell and a home gym (bench press, shoulder press and pull down bar)
    Looking to do some cardio too.
    Any suggestions?

    google / youtube kettlebell workouts.

    they are very good sessions.

    How much weight do you have for your bench?

    it goes up to 80kg i think.
    more than enough to do me.

    As for cardio get outside and start doing some running, it's free.
