Hi I am sure there is if not Dublin will host plenty. http://www.belongto.org/ is a good org that holds seminars for people 18-25. This would be a safe envoirment where to meet like people good luck

I'm from Balbriggan myself & I'm gay, there's a few around the place, not much!

Better off going into the City.
