    So . . Mick agreed to give half of his (taxable) E92,000 salary back to the state to offset the bill he has after defrauding the taxman but has instead decided to start claiming his (tax-free) E41,000 leaders 'allowance' . . A 'net' benefit to Mick of about E20,000
