US based software EULA enforcable on irish consumer?

Hello I bought a product license for software development purposes from a company in Eugene, Oregon initially then another license when the company moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. Is the EULA enforcable in terms of contract law, would I have to be in Eugene Oregon or Las Vegas Nevada to be persecuted for breach of contract? I purchased the license online while situated in Ireland.

    Thank you for any clarification.

Hard to say for sure. Possibly but I think yes

Check of jurisdiction clause. Usually, the answer would be yes. Not the greatest of judgments but Ryanair v Billigfluege might assist.
