UPC DVR Problem

    Hey,

    Been having a problem with my UPC box in last week or so, when I record something it splits the recording into lots of 3 min chunks and they aren't even in order.
    This has happened a few times with different channels..

    Anybody have this issue/know a solution?

    Have you rang them? Or quickest way is to tweet them.
    Assume you've done a reset on the box, restored factory settings etc...?
