cancelling account

    Hi

    I emailed last week, the 1st re cancelling my account as I am moving house. I received the reply below on the 3rd

    Dear Murray, Jill (j.murray8@nuigalway.ie),

    Thank you for your e-mail to eircom net Webmaster.

    This is an automated response, you should receive a response within 24
    hours with a response to your query.

    Your case ID is 6166547.


    Kind Regards,

    eircom net Webmaster.


    But have heard nothing since. I am moving house on Wednesday, the 12th, so can you please advise me what to do? I can pm account details
