Tent waterproofing

    Can somebody please recommend a good tent waterproofing product, for a large cotton tent
    We have a large family tent that I have recently treated with Fabsil to no success and is now like a sponge to the rain, and is, actually worse than before treating with Fabsil.

    And help would be great as it is a great tent in perfect condition and I would
    really want to use it again
