Perez for me. He dove the wheels off the car.

Perez gets my vote too. But Alonso deserves a mention for going from tenth and finishing third

Anything other than Perez is a disgrace. Wonderful drive. Another 5-6 laps and he'd have nailed Hamilton. He's a class act.

If Hamilton had taken it easy early on Perez might have caught him at the end. One stop was the quicker option but Hamilton won with two. Wouldn't have a problem with Hamilton getting votes just like Button did last week

Er, no he didn't, none of the top finishers stopped more than once. Schumacher was the first of the two stoppers I think.

Perez all the way for me. Hamilton controlled the race well but Perez had the drive of the day.

Ah yeah sorry, it was just the order of the tyres he did differently

Perez. He was the star of the show.

Perez is the only choice today, with very honorable mention to Alonso.

(Timo Glock ) Perez got my vote, drove extremely well today, another 5 or so laps as mentioned before and he would have had Hamilton.

Driver of the day was Perez, but driver of the weekend was Hamilton. It's fine to say if he had another 5 or 6 laps he would of caught him, but he had 53 laps and didn't catch him.

    Had to be perez.
Bit pointless saying if he had so many laps left.
Also how did schumi get a vote, started 4th and barring retirements would prob have finished 8th.

A flawless drive by Hamilton. But Perez for driver of the day for making the two stop work from so far back.

    Fernando Alonso
Hamilton got my vote, got poll and did what he had to do and got the win, Perez had an excellent drive too :)

Apart from the merc been crap on tyre's he was several places ahead of rosberg early on but finished 1 place and 2 sec's ahead of him.
Compare that to perez and kob

So Schumi out qualified rosberg and was comfortably ahead of him all the race but you say Rosberg was better?

Not saying rosberg was better just sayin schumi had an ok but not a great race.
Compare that to perez ham or alonso.
Thats 2 races in a row that he had a chance to gain good points on rosberg but didnt do it i felt.

There's only so far the Merc can get up the pecking order though. Of course Rosberg will make up loads of places from downfield, its only when it gets into about 6th/7th/8th it starts to hit a wall.

Also, its not as if Perez or Alonso have to drive that bucket of bolts either

That Merc isnt a great race car, its behind the McLaren,Red Bull,Ferrari and probably the Sauber.

My point exactly, so getting it into 6th/7th place is a feat in itself I'd imagine

Voted for Perez, but suprised that Hamilton didn't pick up more votes.

Only black mark against Perez is qualifying but since it's "Driver of the Day" I couldn't really stop voting for him for that reason!

Just on closing the gap to Lewis, I think I read on PlanetF1 that Lewis was managing the gap well at the end by getting best sector times on sequential laps towards the end.

Shows the general trend of dislike against him doesn't it. Button done the exact same thing last week & got many more votes. I suppose people rate your driving based on your personality these days

I don't think it's an anti lewis thing. When you have the best car its more expected to win. Lewis is an amazing driver. He had an easy race. F1 today is entertainment.

Perez nearly won the race and his teammate was 40 seconds back after starting 4 places ahead.

Has to be Maldonardo. No crashes and no penalties for next week. :D:D

In seriousness Perez and Hamilton did very well. Perez during the race and Hamiltion in quali and race.
