I am considering beginning the above Degree through the Open University as I am currently in full-time employment. I was hoping I could get some advice on it, ie, as I my education finished after I completed my Leaving Cert., (now 33yrs), Would a degree of this nature be too much for someone so long out of education, or should I look at a foundation course or 'Intro to' course to get me started. Its a subject that I definitely wish to study and obviously want to give myself every opportunity to complete it. A bit of a rant I know lol,
    cheers in advance. :)

I know people who did OU degrees as their first degree while working full-time. It's not easy, but the OU gives a lot of support. Chat with them and see what they say. You can I think do it by modules so you can take time out in between modules.
