    Hi,
I got a new leap card with my student travel card so its now a 2 in 1 card. So I am wondering if I can transfer the credit from my existing leap card to this new one?

    Thanks

I think its a case of using up the balance on the old one and then use the new one.

    You can get it refunded.

    You can get it refunded.

How can we get a refund?

I have had a non-personalised card for the last couple of years. I recently got a personalised card with an annual taxsaver ticket loaded on it. I want to get a refund on the non-personalised card so that I only have 1 card.

I see in the FAQ section of leapcard.ie they say we can apply for a refund when we login:
"You can apply for a replacement or a refund by logging in to your online account."

But when I log in, there is no mention of refunds or how to apply!

(both of my cards are registered)

Have you spoken with their helpline?

Have you spoken with their helpline?

Why would I need to ring them? The FAQ section of their website says I can apply for a refund online when I login to thier website.

Well, seeing as you're not sure what to do when you log in, they can tell you.

    Never done it myself.

I logged in & have searched all over their site.

I will get in touch with them - thanks

The card will have to be sent back to them.

The card will have to be sent back to them.

Only says that if it's not registered.

Log in to your Leap Account.
    Go to Report Lost/Faulty Card.
At the bottom there is an option for a refund.
