Vistaprint do mugs, you can put whatever you like on them, photos, text etc. Should work out less than 20euro including postage.

Otherwise there's usually small kiosks in shopping centres where they personalise things, I'm sure they do mugs, might work out cheaper by avoiding delivery costs. I've seen them in the Ilac and the Blanchardstown Centre
