Cycling from Newlands x to Walkinstown

Am taking advantage of the Bike to Work Scheme and want to cycle to and from said work. What is the best/safest route especially considering that I'll have to cross the M50 each way. Which is the best route to cross it? Spawell, Ballymount or Red Cow? I don't recall ever seeing an unscary option at the Red Cow so maybe Ballymount?

up the belgard, and you have 2 options, safest id say would be take the second left after you cross the luas line on belgard, down to end of that road past dunnes stores, turn left at t juntion and straight down the green hills rd in walkinstown

Alternatively, there is a pedestrian / cyclist route via the Luas stop at Red Cow.

Victor, I thought alright there may be one similar to the cycle path at the Spawell junction w the M50. How do you get to the Naas Rd cyclist route
from either direction? I can't make it out from the linked map.

Head inbound on the Naas Road, there is a local access carriageway for most of the distance.

Cross the bow string bridge at Monastery Road into the Luas site and then follow the Luas tracks to the footbridge outside the Red Cow Hotel.
