Acca Enter Exam

Hi guys,

I have experienced difficulty to log in to myacca. The dead line for the early bird rate to registered to sit the exam is the 8th Sept. You can only do it online. My friends and I have been trying it since Monday. This message has come up 'You may experience slower than usual system performance in the examination entry screens on your MyACCA, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.'

I don't mind slow, but the fact is I cannot log in for the whole week. Any of you guys have the same experience like me? For such a big organisation has this problem is not acceptable. I think they should extend the date. Any comment?

I know 2 people who signed on yesterday and paid for exams.

Just keep trying.

Yeah me too, its an absolute joke! I was on the phone for 40 minutes only to be told that they cant take payment over thye ohone, the same happened last year and they did! The closer I come to qualification the more I realise how extortionate they are!

I tried that link still couldn't log in. The people you know succeeded, do you know what time of the day they tried? May be I will try in the middle of the night.

The thing is tomorrow is Sat. I don't think anybody going to pick up the phone

They did post on Facebook to say there are issues and to try off peak.

Also to clear cookies, cache etc....

I did mine last week and was ok. You would think they would extend the period to accommodate people if their systems can't handle the demand. Nothing new there!

They did it during the day at work, can't remember what time.

I just clicked it and logged straight in. I have already registered and it is showing me the view/amend exam entry page.

Try a different web browser..

Actually, I only got into the myacca, still can't go to exam entry. I will definitely get out of my bed tonight.

Yeah, I couldn't log-in on Wednesday at all but tried it yesterday evening and it was grand. Have to say I've always thoroughly disliked the ACCA website - either for technical issues or simply trying to find the info I'm searching for.
