    Played it plenty of times
    Extremely difficult
Proper Links. - front 9, goes away from the clubhouse, back nine comes back. Rough usually is heavy if you miss the fairways. Best bit of advice is to not miss left on the front nine of the tee and don't miss right on the back nine off the tee.

Proper links well worth playing. Long and fairly flat for most of it but a very good course.

thanks guys...do you get much check on the greens or do you play it sort and let it run out

depends on how well you hit it. Obviously won't get as much as a parkland, but a well struck short iron from the fairway will behave the way it should on the greens. Downwind, out of rough would be a lot different.

I played it twice at the start of the summer i.e. the wet season, course was soft and greens receptive enough, not sure what the recent dry spell has done. Most holes you'll be able to gauge if you need to land it short and run it up, not that many though. Good course guide on their website. Front nine very enjoyable as are the last few holes.
