currently having some back pain when I wake in the morning. I'm guessing it's the mattress.

I went to Argos and the price of mattresses can get crazy. Any suggestions?

In the meantime, you could flip your mattress or try sleeping with a pillow between your legs

Whats a crazy price to you?

If you want a really good mattress it costs money. Im happy to pay it personally because I spend 1/3 of my life in bed.

You can also try a pillow under your knees, forcing you into more of a fetal position while on your back.

Lots of people rave about BIg Mickey - never been down there.:)

A good mattress will cost - I currently have a Burgess mattress and it's very good.

Not a fan of foam - think foam roller - good for a bit but when it starts to go it's gone.

have you looked at the base of your bed? it may be sinking in the centre..this can cause back pain over time... if so get a new base and keep the mattress...

if your mattress is not supportive then a mattress topper will be no help...
