*The video isn't great, I was hoping someone could tell from the sound what the issue is*

Keeps clicking for some reason..have no idea why :/ It seems to be specific to 1 or 2 gears that it occurs.

Another issue is that when cycling there is another click with each rotation of the pedals and it only occurs while cycling..and for that reason I can't pin point the cause when I have it propped up when at home! (runs smoothly when I run it through the motion..)

40 mins early I know, but it appears that the root cause of the issue is that your bike is actually upside down!!!!! Try turning the camera through 180 degrees and see if that solves the problem :D

Ah you should have said you were down under! :)

Can you track it down to a particular point on the chain? (stiff link) Is it the chain rubbing off the front derailleur? Is it a very very slightly misadjusted rear mech?

Failing that, remove the pie plate at least, that way the bike will look a bit better, even if it still sounds rough :pac:

increase the tension on the gear cable Id say

    (What I think is)

The rear mech wants to shift down to a lower gear but can't make it fullt, hence its skipping. Turn the barrell adjuster on the rear mech to the left to tension the cable until it shifts down

It's far to close to that boardman bike anything that close to one of those will
    Never work
