Paying fees problem

Anyone know how you are supposed to pay fees online? (I am paying TCD fees). Is it the 'online payment' option or the 'EFT payment' option? I'm using my Laser card... and after 5 failed attempts at using the 'online payment' option, I hit the 'EFT payment' option to see was it what I needed to use instead. Now my my.tcd.ie…

I'm using my Laser card... and after 5 failed attempts at using the 'online payment' option, I hit the 'EFT payment' option to see was it what I needed to use instead. Now my my.tcd.ie balance is fluctuating between owing €0, €85, €4500, €5449 etc, not a clue what is going on with it or whether I've messed the whole payment up
