    Probably operated the Alitalia flights?

"Alitalia, including flights operated by its subsidiary Air One Smart Carrier, serves 86 destinations; 27 domestic and 59 international, in 40 countries (at October 2011)." - Wiki

Alitalia don't fly to Dublin. I'd guess it is a charter flight.
