Cycling specific physio's in Dublin

Anyone know of any cycling specific physio's in Dublin? I've been on and off the bike for the past year or so, it's incredible frustrating, due to two different injuries. Both seem to be tendon or ligament damage. I've spent countless amounts of money on physio and am getting told to perform different exercises and stretches. Problem is, I've been doing these exercises and stretches since my ACL replacement back in 2006. I'm just kinda getting sick of these generic physio's who really don't know what it is that's wrong. I wouldn't mind if it was cheap but it's really not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I'm not looking for any medical advice. I'm looking for advice of where to seek competent cycling medical advice.

Sports Surgery Clinic Santry, get a booking with Alison the physio dept manager.

The only person who got me back doing excerise after 8 years or going to muppets with a ruined knee. Different league imo, seriously

    * I have zero affiliation with SSC

Cheers for that. Any more expensive than a regular physio?

I've had alot of disc trouble with my back- missed most of this season and last. However I've been back on it since late July and have never felt/ been stronger. I went to Dr Conor O'Brian in the sports surgery clinic in Sntry who refered me to Andrew Waston in the Raghlan Clinic on Fitzwilliam Square for rehab after he settled the disc down with medication. Andrew is fantastic and completely sorted me out. I'd recommend both of them.

Karen Doyle is a very decent physio imho. Recommendation from me.

Correct diagnosis is the key to success in all these treatments. so if the problem hasnt been definitely diagnosed go to a sports or family doctor who can arrange the correct diagnosis.

Then the physio will probably be succesful. Otherwise you run the risk of spending 50 euros here and fifty euros there and still not getting sorted.

A qualified physio will recognise if further diagnosis is required. Often they will have far wider experience of some sports injuries than your typical GP (although I equally recognise that a good GP will recognise their own limitations and provide a referral to an appropriate specialist when required)

the first poster has been with numerous physios and not been sorted, so clearly the physios do not always diagnose correctly and it might need more technical attention like scan or xrays or the first poster can continue to shell out cash in the hope that some physio gets it right..
by the way, I also believe that physios are great for treating correctly diagnosed injuries.

With my case I went to about 8 people and it was a doctor that eventually sorted me. If it has been going on this long you'll need to go to a GP. He'll get the appropriate tests and scans done and hopefully get you on the road to recovery.

Sports Med Ireland on Kildare Street would be a good place to try. The principle is a cyclist.
