Broken laptop key

Hi guys as the title says one my my keys on my laptop is broken. I bought the laptop 3 days ago and straight away I noticed that the D key was wobbly It's fell off completly today as the retainer was broken So I be entitled to a replacement at Argos as the product wasn't of merchantable quality? Thanks for your time.
