Commuting and running

Hi guys, I started commuting on my bike from swords to city centre in June. I've been keeping it up five days a week as a money saver but I've been wondering if going for a run three days a week on top of this is too much.

Just interested to see if you guys do anything else other than cycle?
    Thanks

If the weather's decent, I sometimes go for a run after my commute, although I do alternate with another spin on the bike.

Seem to be plenty of others here who play rugby, maybe a bit of football and all that.
