Just got 10% of it back today, i thought it was supposed to be 20%?

Before i call them, just wanted to check in here if anyone knows more about this if it has been cut.

It's still 20% on qualifying expenses but refunds of tax depend on the amount of tax you paid. You can only ever get back what you paid. Are the health expenses figure on the P21 the same as you submitted?
