Was just wondering what are the criteria required to achieve the Entrance Scholarship, or whatever the 300 quid book voucher one is called?? Will it change now that points for honours maths are added?? What time are the obtainees usually announced??

    Many thanks in advance!

Last year is was 560 points or above. It may very well go up this year, but if so they haven't updated the Calendar (rules) yet. Last year, they were posted out towards the end of October. You get €150 in first year and €150 in second year. There's also a little reception (free wine!) in first year that your school's principal is invited to.

    Your parents too!

My principal couldn't make it and for God knows what reason they sent a teacher who'd never taught me instead :pac:
