Picked up a celica st202 Afew days ago. She is the beams engine, sports clutch, stainless exhaust 4 branch heat wrapped, custom filter, ngk platnium plugs. The brakes are Ebc yellow stuff fast road track pads all round new, braided lines all round, silkolene race brake fluid, unbelievable stopping power. She's lowered on gas tanabe race coilovers.

Now my next step is to dyno it but any suggestions what to do before I dyno it? Anyone no if you can upgrade the ecu on it?

Has it been mapped for the new parts? You wouldn't be getting top performance from then otherwise. You could do that while at the dyno.

You won't get a remap done on a beams ecu. Afermarket ECU is crazy money esp for a n/a engine. Enjoy it as it is & save for a gt4.

I had my beams dyno'd in armagh at 170bhp - Standard....After 13 years I was very happy with that. (down from 197bhp manufacturer figures)

Make sure you join the irish owners club for further advise.

And get pic up here :)
