I keep having to 'fight' for my statutory rights -- is this bullying?

Just a quick question - I am employed as a teacher in a further education college; on numerous occasions over the past two years, my immediate supervisor has attempted cut my hours (written complaint sent to overall director regarding same; dealt with in my favour); told me I couldn't take specific time off (for a possible medical situation), but again, after a complaint, my overall boss agreed with me; I was told I had to take holidays for antenatal appointments, after a call to the Equality Authority, that was resolved in my favour. Now, my immediate boss has informed me that I don't have a job to return to, and I am in the process of making a formal complaint to the Labour Relations Commission as this is yet another example of a violation of my rights (this time under the Maternity Protection Acts).

Is this bullying? I personally despise this person and any meetings with him over the past year+, I have asked that the overall boss be there, but I have been diplomatic and cordial as has he....I have written evidence of ALL of the above....

I'm tired of dealing with this person and the stress is ruining my last days of maternity leave; also, due to his actions, I may lose the creche place for my little boy and therefore, not be able to return to work anyway. I've already spoken with the Equality Authority and the Labour Relations and they have informed me that it could take weeks/months to resolve the issue of my Maternity rights (not that I am not in the right, but that there is a huge back-log)....

    Is this bullying?

    thanks
