Autumn Lawn Fertiliser

Hi, I am quite new to gardening/lawn care, etc. My lawn is patchy and I read online about getting autumn lawn fertilizer. I'm not very knowledgeable on the different fertilizers but Woodies seem to have Evergreen stuff. Is there a particular fertilizer brand I need or are all pretty similar? Thanks!!

Evergreen is a well known brand and will be fine. Aldi have autumn lawn fertiliser at the moment much cheaper. Good stuff.
