Hello I have always had a bit of SA, but it became severe after events and made me withdraw.
The advice I can give to anyone with SA is everybody is in there own world, they see you but are not obsessed with you, if they are you have other problems to worry about.
Life is too short to be stuck feeling limited, live for yourself, accept yourself, love yourself.
You have to live with yourself, not everybody in the world, look after your own interest's
Easier said then done,SO DO IT and stop saying it!

I am on the mend, not perfect, but trying not to be
I recommend CBT, Logotherapy, Exercise, a Routine, Terry Lynch has a good book called Selfhood.
Just tell the thoughts this is my life, I'm the gaffer, I will choose my own way to live.
Think about your family's or friend s problem's, everybody has something
