Routes around Limerick

Looking to pass a few hours in Limerick tomorrow, preferably out on the bike as opposed to hanging around the city. Anyone got any recommended routes around Limerick City - anything up to 100k. Thanks.

ROK ON

Head toward Cratloe, preferably via Woodcock Hill & Gallows Hill, down to Sixmilebridge and out toward Ardnacrusha, OBriens Bridge Castleconnell.
Lots of quiet rolling roads.

Limerick, out to Killaloe, up to tuamgraney, on to bodyke, over to tulla(well the right turns up the hills towards tulla, but go left go left and down into Sixmilebridge, you could then go cratloe and back into limerick, as ROK ON suggested.

or you could go the tipp side, head out the old dublin road, go up by silvermines, into dolla, go right there, back down to the thurles newport road, and follow that back into limerick again, should be just under the 100 as well..

done similar routes but starting from killaloe in the last few weeks, enjoyed them both. roads aren't superb but they're on par with most.
