Had a quick squiz through some of the threads and was wondering is there any gyms close to lansdowne road thats cheap and cheerful for a complete novice?
Mainly be going after work or before if im not too lazy.

Also is anyone a member of sportslink out near santry? is it worth the trip out of my way? I doubt it but maybe im wrong.

Any help would be most appreciated.

These two would be the main options as far as I know.

There is a very small YMCA gym off Sanymount Green, its very cheap but it doesn't have a lot of equipment. On the plus side I found the staff super friendly and the whole place was very welcoming.
