Phone call to an Audi main dealer should sort you out.

Did already, a guy said they're not allowed to give out this info and nobody else will. All he could do was give a price.

That's horse manure right there! although i'm not surprised.

You could try registering and searching vagcat.com yourself.

I had the same problem getting part numbers from VW for heated wing mirror glass for both sides of the car that were stolen from my car. I really fcukin annoyed me that they refused to provide me with the part number for the vehicle that i own.

I found in the past if you visited the premises and ask for a printed parts quote it will include the part + the partnumber :)

    They robbed your mirror glass???

Cheeky f2ckers. Have a look online for a vag epc and have a look over on the vagcom forum. It can be got. But be prepared for a shock heated glass for them is about €120 a piece.

The reason they won't give part numbers is that they know you'll buy it up North or in the UK where's parts are a lot cheaper.

Audi North Dublin, just off the M50, have helped me a few times with part numbers.

+1 on Audi north dublin, colin is the parts manager and has helped me out with a lot of part numbers etc in the past. when i first got my car it was in and out to them for weeks, i went in and asked him about some upgrade parts i wanted to source myself and he gave me the price and numbers. go out there, have a chat to him and explain your situation. plus its a good excuse to see their shiny new showroom
