Hi all, just having a connectivity issue with my upc cisco router. I have just moved house and connected my upc router to a new ariel, have done this before with no problems. It connects to internet but wont transfer any data/pages. Also the light labeled 'us' is flashing put online is not. I have found some solutions online but cannot understand them.

Thanks Guys, as bealtine suggested the line had be cut off and needed to be reregisted. @ MiniNukinfuts, i cant remember exactly but some solutions involved going into to a settings menu and enabling/disabling the bridge or something to that effect, and also some suggested changing or removing the ssid number, but its sorted now anyways so thanks all the same.

You need to give them your new address so they can move your account, there may not have been an active accnt in there before you moved in
