Can't get recored list up

    Hi
    For some reason I can't view the list of programmes I have recorded,when I press the green button it says "please wait"but nothing is happening any ideas as to what could be wrong?also when you put the box on standby the light on the box stays green and doesn't go red

    Any help appreciated

    Try re-booting the box, ie; turn off at the mains and do not turn it back on for a few minutes - this should resolve it

    Tryed that and it didnt work,also the box was making weird beeping noises

    Edit 2: If the box is ****ed and you've been a subscriber for a while then dont let them talk you into getting an engineer out at a cost of €100. Ask for a new free Sky+ HD box and if they dont agree you can always threaten to cancel and see what happens.

    right rang them up and its the box so an engineer is coming out thursday to have a look,free of charge because we only got a new dish yesterday week
