Collection Agent Interview...

    Hi

    I have an interview for phone collection agent with KBC bank next monday. I ve never worked in financial industry before. Is there anyone who worked as a collection agent here? what sort of questions they ask..the interview is not directly with the bank its with brightwaters..will they asking much technical questions..please help..

    I think you may have better luck in the jobs forum, but will leave here for now.

    Basically, it'll be about how good a communicator you are, how suitable you would be to following a company script.

    Ask yourself this question. You're on the phone to someone that owes your company 500 euros in arrrears and they say they don't have enough money at the moment to pay you - what do you say?
