contacting the cyclesure guys

    does anyone here know how to contact the cyclesure guys?

    I was told that I could pay for a certain # of months insurance, then once I moved back to the USA, be refunded for the insurance I didn't use. I have this in writing via email.

    I was told to let them know about a month in advance of the move, so I called and left a voicemail, then like two weeks later followed up with an email. I'm now leaving the country in like six days and every time I try to call, I get a voicemail, and my emails are not being replied to.

    I don't want to be stonewalled out of my refund. does anyone know a better way to contact them? Isn't "Shane" the guy? Or am I calling a wrong number? any help would be appreciated.

    Ya, Shane is the guy's name...unless their gone bust, their website is still up though......
