    hi,
    im going to DIT bolton street at the end of september and wanted to know what the situation is with joining the GAA team .
    can someone give me info?

    ye i was looking through that but its a bit all over the place ....was just wondering if anyone actually playing for them would have an insight ?

    Well cant speak for DIT but presume it follows the same procedure as other colleges. In UCC students were required to sign up at the clubs and socs day where you put down what you have achieved and level of competition you have played at. The management team will then usually select those who have played intercounty etc for the fresher 1 panel. Others then will play for the fresher 2's unless they impress in trial games etc.
