    Hi all

    Wondering if anyone can help?

Recently got UPC broadband into the house, no problems connecting an IPad and my laptop to it, however my sister's laptop won't connect. It's a Sony Viao, it runs on Windows Vista Home Premium. I'd say it's about 4 years old or so.

Tried to connect the usual way and put the security code in, but no joy. Would anyone be able to offer any advice?

I wouldn't be highly skilled with computers but would have a very good knowledge of the basics. Will attach a pic of the error message received shortly.

    Thanks in advance!!

Certain WPA/WPA2 configurations (wireless security passkeys) cause problems with windows Vista. You could try the hotfix here. Just make sure to re-configure the connection after
