Refund on laser card-how long

Hi, I paid for an item on Monday by laser card which came out of my back yesterday. However I went back into the store on Tuesday to get a refund on my card but this has not shown up yet on my online banking. I was just wondering does the refund take a few days longer to process?

It depends on the retailer, and when they process the refund but it generally takes a few (working) days to appear.
