I'm going to the Uk for a few days next week and was wondering is it better value to change money here (if so with who?) or is it better to change it over there?
    Any tips or help appreciated

    Cheers

Load money on to your credit card and then withdraw it using an ATM when you get there.

Does my bank not charge me a comission each time I use it? (in sterling)

If not this does sound like a good tip though

It depends on the card. Some do, some don't - check with your card issuer.

In my experience the Post Office do a good exchange rate as there is no charge on it

Actually, their rate is bad..to make up for it being "commission free"
