Triax TSC114 picture aspect ratio...help

    Hi all, my brother has the Triax TSC114 set top box for over a month now and its been working fine, but in the last week or so he has noticed that all the Saorview channels expect Rte2HD now appear on screen with two black bars either side of the picture. I think that means it's displaying it in the 4:3 picture aspect ratio. All the english satellite channels seem to be displayed correctly(no black bars either side of the picture) I've checked the settings in the menu and the box is set for 16:9. He has the box connected to a HD ready tv via a HDMI lead. Anyone any ideas what could be causing this as it seems strange it is only affecting the irish stations yet it is a "Saorview Approved" product ...?

    Do I take it from the lack of replies that anyone else who has this set top box isn't experiencing any picture ratio problems on the Saorview channels ?
