Problems with my creative zen

Hi, hope somebody can help me with this.

When I try to sync music to my creative zen, it just doesn't accept certain albums. For example, I have three radiohead albums on my zen, but only of them are actually available to play on the product itself. The other one doesn't appear on the zen, but its definately in the hardware (Hope that makes sense!) any help would be great! Thanks.

Moved from Music. You'll get some better responses here!

I had a similar problem with an iPod years ago. Are you sure everything's in the right file type? I put some .wavs on my iPod once that wouldn't play.

Obvious questions first, what Zen is it, and what software are you using to transfer music?

    Thanks.

I use windows media player to sync it. Its a creative zen 4gig. Sorry I can't be more specific, bit of a technophobe!

I'd also go for wrong filetype.
I think you can set up WMP to transcode to the right filetype for you.
