    I'm CIMA qualified with 10 years PQE, am a Finance Manager in a manufacturing business and have worked in manufacturing for the last 7 years. Before that mainly service based industries, software & some contract stuff in other industries. I've been out of Ireland for a long time, but for personal reasons I am looking to move back at the end of this year so I have a couple of questions;

    Question 1
    How likely am I to find work? I've spoken to a couple of agency's who both say there's a decent amount of contract work available, which would be fine for me initially, but long term I would need something more stable.

    Question 2
    What pay rates am I looking at, ballpark figures are fine but I need to know what I'll get inside the pale and outside the pale. Ideally I'd like something in the midlands or Galway but as I'm going to be pretty desperate I realise that I will have to be as flexible as possible.
