We are a professional practice currently undertaking a high quality office fitout in the Limerick City suburbs, 5 minutes from the city centre.

As we have ample space for the next couple of years we can spare 1 office and make it available for office sharing purposes. There are a choice of 2 available offices. One is 22'x10' or the other is 14'x10'. Ample free parking is available and the office is a first floor unit, overlooking the car park.

Phone lines can be installed and answered, if required. Broadband is already on site together with a reception, waiting area and tea room.

Suitable tenants would include "one-man" professionals. Please pm me for further information or to arrange a viewing.
