Anyone have any idea when the magic house price database is going to appear? Last time I heard, it was delayed until September. Haven't heard anything since but every EA I've spoken to recently says it's going to be canned again.

I think finally it is actually coming. I wouldn't be surprised if it is delayed until October but I do expect to see it in the next 8 weeks or so.
