Condom questions

    Hey all.

Regular poster on here, but going unregg'd for this one.

Recently out of a long term relationship where we didn't have to use condoms... anyways, I'm currently enjoying the single life A LOT but having some minor issues getting used to condoms again. Main issue is the lessened sensitivity, but I'd also like to find one that's fairly easy to get on

    1) What condoms come highly recommended for sensitivity?

    2) Are there any websites to buy a bulk pack of different condoms to essentially 'test' them without having to buy a pack of at least 3 of the same kind?

    3) What websites would people recommend for buying? (as I'd prefer a bigger selection, plus at the rate I'm going through them, I wouldn't mind buying in bulk to save!).

    Cheers!

You could try one of the multi packs from this website.

Does anybody know a bricks n'mortar store that sells those variety type packs here?

    Durex featherlites are my preference.

    Likewise.

Also, you can stop me if I'm wrong and I don't want to generalise, but a lot of single males, especially coming out of a relationship, will find the majority of their sex comes when after drink. This obviously isn't the case when you are actually in a relationship.

Drink will naturally reduce the sensitivity a fair amount also.

    Definitely recommend the featherlites!

I'll triple that. Anything else is like wearing a rubber glove, it's horrible. Only problem is I find that they're more likely to tear, or maybe that's just me...

I can't feel anything if I use regular ones. It's really bad. Plus they've torn once or twice anyway.

Made the rookie mistake of buying the extra safe ones when I was 18... Never again...

My ex was the same he couldnt feel anything with the regular ones but switched to featherlite ones and it was better for him but they ripped twice for us, but he might not have put it on correctly either!

OP, id suggest the featherlite ones also. I know im not a guy but seeing as most of my friends are guys they do say the featherlite ones are good for it!

    Durex Pleasuremax all the way.

I've ways found feather lite really difficult to put on.

Featherlites feel the best but I find they can sort dry out/tighten up and feel really uncomfortable sometimes. The real feel ones are ok but they are thicker than the featherlites but worth a try out

I've only ever had trouble putting featherlites on. There so thin you can't see what way they roll on.

    Thanks for the replies guys.

Should have mentioned, Durex Featherlites are my go-to, but I'm trying to see if there are more sensitive options... without a condom, I never have much bother down there, but with them I do have the occasional droop from time to time which is down to a lack of sensitivity.

So what other options might be out there?

Ditto, and I found them uncomfortable when they were on.

I tried a few different varieties back in the day and my favourite were Durex Comfort before they got rid of that line. Then they changed the Durex Elite a little and made it more like Comfort, so that ended up being my condom of choice. I truly hated Mates, they were like wearing a plastic bag, but I had a friend who found them great.

So, eh, yeah. Try lots of different ones. Just like you suggested.

Durex Elites are good too, thickness is similiar to Featherlites but they are also extra lubricated. Niceee

I remember reading somewhere that droop could be possible due to the condom being too tight, especially when you aren't used to wearing them. Not sure what brands do larger sizes since I've never seen any by Durex.

Same as, they're too tight...and a +1 to your recommendation.

Kind of an embarrassing question, but how tight are they actually supposed to be? This is probably something that I should have learned in sex ed! I've had a few problems with losing the erection after putting on a condom, but I'm not sure if it's to do with the interruption required to put it on, performance anxiety, the thickness of the material causing loss of sensation, or the tightness of condom!

They'd usually be closer to "tight" than "loose", though it doesn't really feel uncomfortable I don't think.

try Mates Skyn ones, I dont like regular mates but those are good, they're non latex and really thin so it feels pretty natural, boots sell them

featherlites would be the standard. But I must try out elites.

Good god though I despise condoms. Necessary evil but still! Nothing more of a mood killer.
