Does anyone know is it legal to sell alcohol through a ticket system for a fundraiser. I am doing a fundraiser For my GAA club and I was wondering if people bought a ticket from a ticket booth and then just handed in their ticket to receive a bottle of beer or a short. Is this a way around getting a license and is it legal ???

Provided the club has a license to sell alcohol I don't see why it wouldn't be. I've seen drinks vouchers as part of promotions for plenty of events.
