Sounds like it could be keys stuck on your keyboard. Try another keyboard maybe

its my laptop im using. will try and plug in a keyboard and see if that helps. it would show me then that there is a key getting stuck on my laptop.

    thanks for the reply

Not neccessairly, you will have to disable the laptop keyboard too as you can use both at the same time otherwise.

Assuming you are using windows 7:

    Click Start,
    Right Click Computer,
    Select Properties,
Select Device Manager (only left hand side of screen)
    Click the Keyboard Drop down,
Find which is the laptop keyboard and you will have to probably uninstall the driver for it,

DISCLAIMER: The Driver SHOULD be saved on your computer to reinstall it later but dont blame me if its not :)

I dont know why you cannot disable a keyboard like you can other hardware....

Unfortunately, it will come right back after your reboot the computer...
    • Go to Start–>Search type in gpedit.msc
    • Click the file to open the Local Group Policy Editor and show Windows who is in control!! You want to go here: Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->System->Device Installation. Click on the subfolder Device Installation on the left and on the right side you will see the possible restrictions.
    • Right Click on Prevent Installation of Devices not described by other policy settings and edit this option, set it on ENABLED.
    • Reboot Windows and enjoy its inability to pollute your system with its standard driver, open gpedit.msc again and revert the change so you will be able to install your driver.
    :D
