    Do you mean Olive Drab?
    How much do you need?

Try bradshaws or condel&ryan in portlaois. Drap olive NATO green is an actual colour for cars (like rosso red) so they might have it in stock or might be able to get it easily enough

    Sorry, i did mean drab
But yea looking for a bit to paint a stock.bit of a project i have going.not exactly sure how much.if it was in the form of a spray can, 2 would get me out.in a normal tin im not so sure as it would have to be miced with thinners to go down a spray gun.wouldnt chance painting it with a brush.but id reckon 3/4s to 1 litre just to be safe

If it's only a passable finish you're after then have a look at rustoleum products. Local hardware has it in spray cans and you can get some impressive finishes. They had olive drab and also a paint that finished in a rough stone texture. Would be good for grip areas.

Saying that, unless you're getting specialist paint like duracoat then I think it will wear and chip off.

Ah well depending on paint durability il be using some clear laquer after.but that rustoleum, primer and paint for any surface as the ad says?but what would laquer it?

Halfords would have rattle cans of clear lacquer but I'm not sure of its quality.

Would you really lacquer it though, shiny finish over olive drab might take away from it or would you rub the lacquer flat?

Yeah id have to try dull it a bit.but without the lacquer it would probably chip and fade in no time at all.steel wool could probably do that job
